​Therapy sessions are typically on a weekly basis, lasting 50 minutes each time.

At your first consultation we will discuss confidentiality and I will do an assessment based on the concern you have and take some background information.

At this consultation we will discuss the possible length of treatment, so that you can make an informed decision about further sessions. I will make a recommendation as to how many initial sessions we should have, but there is no obligation if you feel you don't wish to continue.

 
Self-Funding Individual: £50.00

Trainee Counsellor: £35.00

Insurance funded: I will invoice your insurance company. In some cases you will need to pay for your sessions and then ask them to reimburse you. Please contact your insurance company for details.   

WhatsApp or Skype video sessions: same fees as above

Employee Assistance plans: Negotiated at Contract

If you are paying by bank transfer then payment will be required 48hrs before your appointment to secure your booking . Cash will be accepted at your appointment on the day.

48 hours notice is required for cancellation without being charged, including first session.
​100% cancellation fee if notified less than 48 hours before appointment.

Please note: if your insurance company is paying then I will need your insurance details and authorisation number before our first session, otherwise I will have to ask you to pay for the session(s) yourself.

I am registered with most major health insurance company if you'd like to pay through your private medical insurance.

I do offer supervision to Counsellor colleagues. I have experience in supervising both fully qualified Counsellors as well as trainee Counsellors.

I offer face-to-face or Zoom supervision at £50.00 per 60 minute session.

Counsellors are required to have one and half hours minimum per month  Supervision and Counselling Trainees should have Supervision in two stages over the month. The amount of Supervision you have is your responsibility. Please check with BACP.
